The summary sounds complete.

The campaign sounds polished.

From the outside...

the work looks better.

And that's exactly why leaders should slow down.

Because AI often improves the surface before it improves the thinking underneath.

That's where drift begins.

Not because the output is wrong.

Because the business slowly starts trusting polish before inspecting judgment.

A sharper proposal can still contain a weak assumption.

A polished summary can quietly remove the tension that mattered.

A confident recommendation can still skip the uncomfortable question nobody wanted to ask.

But did the judgment?
